Well by all means go rent the cod4....as they say only by experiencing something yourself can you properly judge something. cod4 is nothing like the previous cod games. It is even better

Hey Wes and fellow hq people...
Ok heres my opinions...............
The core and premium systems lack the nice things that they put in the Elite. Same goes for the Elites are going to lack the nice things the put in the Halo ED. and Jasper.. Same as the Halo ed. and Jasper will be lacking what the Falcon will have...
With Microsoft it is all about money and power, they release crap and just keep adding pieces of corn to give it more texture.......
I have an Elite that I bought from a friend who had gotten RROD...I figure if I bought the REfurb from Microsoft then it should have been fixed to where I won't get RROD.........Yet it's Microsoft so I can't say much.....
After playing Hours upon hours of Halo3, also my wife is playing the XB360 when i'm not so basically we don't give our box a chance to stop...
Our Elite stays cool and runs like smooth silk....
NOW HERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS THAT DO OCCUR WITH XBOX'S OR MAY I SAY ALL ELECTRONICS......
The owners and operators are RETARDED......
All electronics heat up, they all make lots of heat....So quit complaining if your box heats up.. Make sure it is in a well ventilated area, Make sure all vent holes in the device have breathing room for the device to properly vent the heat.....And for those of you standing you xb360 upright you are restricting the major airflow, take the time and view a pic of an open xb360 and relize the side in which you stand your system on is a big vent hole...
So don't go sticking your electronics in a cabinet shut the door then cry you got the RROD.......We are all sick and tired of idiots saying not one xbox is better than the other...yes they are Microsoft is not going to release a perfect system at original launch they want money so they will tease you and slowly realease better things until it is time for next gen to come out...

COD$ review..
I read comments and seen reviews. I have friends that play COD4
Its really mixed feelings.. Most hardcore gamers beat it in roughly 4 hours and return the game complaing it was too short..
But you have to realize any FPS that comes out on the XB360 that is live compatible, The game is not going to be built for system use it is made for XBlive and your going to have all the fun on xblive...
Now as far as playing it I personally haven't played it yet but am going to buy it next week due to I love all COD's.....
And the fact that were not stuck with WW2 fightings sims anymore is 8@d@55......
So I am going to buy it and I will be addicted to it like it is crack.... _________________
