A-rod, Jeter, and the Rocket all make more then then entire Indians club yet they couldnt pull of 3 wins. The Indians have one of the youngest teams in the majors with almost all of the teams playoff experience coming from 40 year old, 3 time Indian (and my favorite player of all time), Kenny Lofton yet they are tied for the best record in baseball. Carmona failed misribly last year as a closer, yet he came back to win 19 games this year and has the second lowest ERA in baseball. Coming from one of the poorest cities in America that hasnt had a major sports championship since the 64 Browns, the Indians are taking the baseball world by storm. With the hopes of a city riding on their shoulders, the Indians are going against the other team with the best record. Some say the Yankees lost the playoff series. I say the Indians won it. Boston better watch out. The most dominate team of the 90's is back and arnt gonna go away without a fight. Go Tribe Cool

When I first read the title, I thought you were referring to outsourcing Very Happy

But, hey, I hope they pull through... i always root for the underdog!

If the national media didnt have it out for Cleveland sports teams Evil or Very Mad , there would be no reason why the Indians are underdogs. Both teams are tied for the best record in the majors, and the tribe has 2 phenominal young starting pitchers and a great bullpen. Not to mention some great hitters. This is gonna be by far the best playoff matchup of the season. Whoever wins this will most likely be the World Champion.
