how can i put music on my xbox with out xbox music mixer cds or a mod chip or is that jus impossible if i can plz plz plz tell me how

i am talkin like i wanna hook a cable to my comp to my xbox and sling some music thru it is there a possible way to do that like a prog or something

That would be FTP'ing....
You need to have your machine modded to sling in that fashion.
I would imagine if you have a Media Center PC and purchase Microsoft Media Center Extender Kit you will be able to play music on your xbox that resides on your PC via the Ethernet Port and a router with no issues.
You will also be able to record and pause live TV, stream video, internet radio, and have slideshows...anything the Media Center PC will do, it will be able to xfer through wired or wireless connection right to the xbox..

Microsoft will be selling it sometime this month if not already.
You will also need to have Windows Media Center Edition 2005 running on your PC.
You will soon be able to purchase that OS if not already able to. For the last two years you could only get it by purchasing a Media Center PC from HP or other PC manufactures.
