ok so my friend got a free xbox from his friend whom now has a 360. so i showed him my mod and he wanted it also....
He explains that that previous owner said it was on its last legs..
so i got it home, cleaned it with can of air...got the softmod on it working just fine. had to resart because i loaded some things to the hdd. and well thank goodness i remember to pull the eeprom and c: backup off the drive before it crashed and burned..
the original xbox hdd went out.....it did the usual clunka clunka then quit responding... hahahahahahahahah
oh well got what i needed to use xbhdm....

Cant beat a good info back up it pays to keep your info on something other then your xbox hdd.
So kids dont forget one back up beats 1000 muck ups.
