I've been adding emulators to my xbox and I just came across one for the sony psx system. The roms that I have found (to back up my psx games) are all .cue and .img files. Do I just save these to a folder on my xbox hd and point the emulator to them or do I need to burn them and play them via the dvd drive? I dont wanna install the emulator untill I get a bit more info. Thanks!
BTW, the emulator is PCSXBOX.

The images should be in .bin and .cue formats.
You simply copy both files over to the PSXCDS folder in the emulator directory.

Sure VII doesn't have the graphical excellence of say X or X-2, but it has a storyline that grips you from the start, characters you become involved in, gameplay that unrivals any I've ever played.
Its spawned 4 spin off titles: Crisis Core, Dirge of Cereberus, Last Order and Before Crisis.
Plus, lets not forget Advent Children (which I have), which is one of the best CG films I've ever had the pleasure to watch. Not to mention the rumoured PS3 remake!
Name me another title that can boast that kind of market.

I like Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time for N64 more than i like FF VII. I don't really like FF games, but zelda games are great. _________________

Sorry man, any PS images I have, have been created from the original discs that I own. I've kept all of my FF games from PS and PS2 so that I can continue to play them.

Sorry, the only way we can tell u is to backup your games from ythe disc, pirating is not allowed or condoned here.
LOL , its not pirated if i own it.......right? But yeah, I am aware you guys dont support piracy i was just asking if there was a site with the roms on it like any other game system. I have all my old NES , Snes , and genesis games ( most ) backup on my old computer and now my Xbox. Nothin' shady, just askin. So how would one go about backing up a PS game?? Is that done w/ dvd decrypter making it into an ISO or something or could i simply put in a disc and bring the disc up in the emulater?
