soft modded my xbox and would like to utilize drive F. it says 0 MB available. do i need to format that drive after the softmod. also in a previous thread someone asked about using your xbox on the internet. can someone explain this to me a little further. i am interested in getting more info on this

You shouldn't even have an F drive Shocked If your stock E'd the best your going to get

ok maybe i shouldnt but i do. when i try to put a folder in it it doesnt show up. do i need to format the f drive.

do you have a stock Harddrive? if so, it shows up that F: but its virtual, theres nothing really there, but if you upgrade your harddrive then it becomes a real drive.

i went ahead and formatted it and it gave me 2 gig of space..... im gonna see if i can load anything

He's right if you have a 10 Gig stock drive and you format it will give you a F Drive.. thats around 2 gig's (can't put much on there Confused BUT)

Q drive is your virtual One.....

That "free" 2 GBs is a perfect size for a bunch of emulators and roms!
