alright, so.. I've been googling for the past pretty much 2 weeks, to find the right way to hotswap. I know how to do it, easily.. and I've been googling around for the past 4 days trying to figure out this one question.
can I use hotswapping to pretty much get the same effect of modding my xbox ? I have XboxHDM.. and I want to get a new dashboard.. and stuff like that. Please help me out.

What's not clear is... have you already softmodded or hardmodded your xbox. There are several things that are needed to be done before you hotswap. eg. backup your eeprom info, backup your c: & e: drives. Tell us what you've done so far that will make it easier for us to give you the right advice.
