I just got my 320 Gig HDD. I checked if its compabtible and it is. Could someone tell me step by step on how to install it. I have the AID 3.0 disk and I know I read somewhere and it says you can use that disk to install a new HDD.

Also, I have a softmod, so would I have to flash some new bios in order to get the harddrive to work?
Yea I already seen that tutorial, but I cant do it because I dont have a desktop computer. I'm using a labtop. But I remember reading somewhere and it says you can use AID to install it. So is there a way I can install this harddrive by using AID?

A mod-chip is the only way then, and thats what you probably read. _________________

Thanks for the help. I just got access to a desktop computer, and fixed my HDD on it. Now it works great on my xbox. I have about 315 Gigs on it now.
