hi all hope someone can help me,i cant get my hands on a AR,but was told i maybe be able to softmob my box with my memstick,have treid several usb2xbox mods but it wont pick up my memstick,can anyone help please thanks!

What u want to do is turn on ur xbox without a disc in it wait 4 it 2 go to the dash then plug in ur usb stick wait ten seconds then go into memory it should recognize it as a memory unit. BACK UP THE USB STICK FIRST COS THE XBOX WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON IT AND NEVER USE AN MP3 PLAYER COS IT WILL BE COMPLETELY FORMATTED AND NEVER WORK AGAIN!

This is untrue. it just likely won't work again. If the firmware for the mp3 player is formated, then it has no idea what to do as an mp3 player. However, I have used my 512 iPod shuffle without issue, since you can re-flash the firmware to it from iPod Updater. _________________ Hotswap|HDD Upgrade|X3 Guide
