i have jus installed the aladdin xt plus2 chip into my xbox, i have followed the online guides an after some intense soldering the xbox doesnt wana boot starts up and shutsdown three times then red LED flashes, with the tv stayin blank. the xbox starts up normally after i remove the chip.
i have no idea why this is hapening, any advice plz???

Thats because the Bios is corrupt, you need to reflash it. _________________

cheers il check all my soldering it worx fine when i remove the chip so i doubt i splashd any solder. can any one advise me on the best way 2 flash it n where 2 get the data from 2 make a CD, i hav not dun this before and think i nd 2 connect it 2 my pc aswell?????????

it worked once with the chip started a copied game played it fine when i went 2 change it same problem service required
