You won't be able to fix it via your PC until you have the rest of his Xbox in ahdn. But once you do, you can use XBHDM 1.9. Read the manual that comes with it, or check out the tutorials section on how to hotswap without an eeprom. i think his friends xbox is chipped, so if the hdd is not locked he can use xebian, the live cd version i used it to fix a hard drive someone sent me, that was in a chipped box, he had the same problem _________________ Please post all PC Questions at PC-HQ.com
