is there anyway to play the music you've put on your hard drive in a game like tony hawks or midnight club. my music is in a folder called xbox recordings so i can play it in xbox media player.

yes you can, you will have to look on the back of the xbox case and see if it supports custom soundtracks.

oh yeah i can do that like when i put in a cd and rip it on but i mean the music i've ftp in there.

No, no. When you rip using XBMC, it does not rip in the microsoft format and put them in the right folders. I made a tutorial on how to put music on your xbox that it can read (because I know ripping CD's takes forever via MSDash).
There it is. Hopefully that'll help ya out. Those MP3's that you ripped to your HDD will have to be pulled to your computer and coverted.
