Halo_ppf_collection
Here is a small collection of ppf files for various levels of Halo. Usually you just have to patch the cache file (that's why I use Halo Cache Editor) not the actual map. A couple of the files might need the .ppf extension added to it.

Super Monkey Ball DX (PAL Fix)
Super Monkey BAll DX USA GAMERZ. Fix for PAL XBOX. It removes video region and mode check. So you do not need to change region or video mode from original PAL to NTSC.

The Sims (PAL)
This patch removes those hideous blocks they put over characters when they go to the bathroom etc. So I suppose you could call this a Nude Patch :)
