I`d be tempted to flash another bios to it .... It might not work, with you saying theres no sound even with the chip disabled, but id try it as a last resort.
you could use the X2 Bios manager to create a 1024kb bios out of 2 different 512kb bioses - the 5035 v1.6 being one that id use. _________________

You saying flash the x2 chip or flash the stock chip on the xbox?

ALready have done that neither 5032 or 5035 give me any sound i was saying maybe the bios is bad on the stock chip and maybe thats y theres no sound, just reaching for something other then a bad sound chip.

Onboard bios would have nothing to do with it. If your booting from the modchip the onboard bios won't ever be loaded into the ram.
If you turn the chip off and boot from the onboard bios and it still does not have sound, I would say it is your sound chip. _________________

No idea what your problem is, maybe you damaged the MCP or there is a loose connection somewhere. You really need to inspect all traces and joins around the modchip on the top and bottom of the motherboard.
If you have a multimeter, you can check any joins around the AV plug.
