yeah they will run from a zip and you can make any thing an XISO with QWIX 101.

Ok i have used the QWIX to make the iso files. But the xbox can not read the disk. I have done it each way. With RAR files and unziping the. The files are SMC files. Any ideas?

Use a different format of disk.

after you burned the disc did you go into xbmc file browser and check your D-drive and see if the files show up?
coz you can copy the files that way to whichever folder you want.
thats if they show up of couse.
