i transfered both files to my hdd and there were 2 game save "Install Linux" and "Run Linux", when i started up "Install Linux" the game just froze and when i started up "Run Linux" it had a 21 at the top left corner of the screen.

Well I know that I had the platinum hits before and when I ran it, it just froze. Is your the platinum hits?

no mine was the regular version but it works now and i have softmodded my xbox from ur guys' help thx alot
