you follow the trace from the alternate d0 point or the other d0 point ontop of the MB and you follow it to the terminating point, scrape the protective coating with a X-acto knife and get out your 5-20 Watt soldering iron as it should always be used for MB work.
Now tin the 30AWG wire and you only need a little solder to attach it to the point, now you can solder that wire to the d0 connecter on the adaptor. A wire that stays in place is all you need there will never be any stress on the wires and it is not a race, take your time. _________________
