It's hard to tell, most of them aren't branded as such.
OK, just as a saftey measure, use the unmount virtual c option anyways, this will ensure that you can format c drive properly and not just the virtual c drive.

ok i've backed up all gamesaves and copy of c drive...
and unmounted V C Drive too
and now started to install the one click install

Ok it's all done do i have to do anything else or just reboot...
i just put the coppy of C drive back in E drive

OK just to let you all know it worked great i now have SID 3.1 with XBMC as my dash
