Ok, download is complete and extracted, also got the compresed version just in case, now what do i do...?

Hey I ended up getting Microsoft 8mb memory card so now I have the memory card and the usb adapter to plug controller into PC, is that all I need to softmod? Will check what version X Box I have so I know what game to use. Any good guides that would show how to softmod with memory card and usb adapter? Thanks

Ok thanks a lot for all that have had a look and was just wondering what software should I download and where do I get it? How do I put onto memory card ? Do I just plug controller in and use AR to transfer it over to memory card? Thanks again

i know you already bought stuff to softmod but you need these things..
the mem card the aution replay software ( to transfer to mem card) or somthing similir and the usb to mem card adapter
and your exploitable game .... 1 of these 3 007 auf sc or ma .... keep in mind that platinum edition doesnt work often and backups obvoisly dont boot .
so their you have it ... around $5-15 for game and if you want to get the aution replay kit $30 ( which includes everything the software disc for pc the 8mb mem card and most importantly the usb to mem card adapter... otherwise how u connect the mem card to pc? .)
once you have everything then grab sid4.5 ( its zip or .rar and it consits of 2 files game save and linux) ( this one is needed for xbox live .) drag it to the ar software then plug the mem card to your xbox save it put your exploitable game, POWER OFF WITH GAMEINSIDE AND POWER BACK ON WITH GAME INSIDEthis is called COLDBOOT _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Ok thanks for everyones help I ended up using Krayzies 2.8 SC installer and installed Evo X which is all working fine now

Hey can someone tell me what difference is between the krazye installer I have and the autoinstaller 3.0 on this site? I know I can download autoinstaller 3.0 and put it on DVD but why is it so big? Does it have extra programs with it? If it is better than what I currently have how hard is it to remove what I have and replace with Autoinstaller?

AID 3.0 is not just an EvoX installer. AID has several different Dashboards, Plus it has great APPs including Xbox Media Center and DVD2Xbox, AND it also has just about every emulator available to run on Xbox! It has M$Dash 5960, SID 3, 4, and 4.5 Nknave Edition(the one that allows you to use your softmodded box on live!) Plus all of the gamesave exploits for them.

If you D.L. AID 3.0 you can format and reload with the disk, then before you reboot you can run the SID 4.5 softmod installer and "Have it all!" _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

Sounds good to me, would be good to have all those apps. So all I have to do is burn iso to CD load up in Xbox then follow instructions? Will this let me cold boot retail games to play Live like the Krayze installer? Where do I get this from?
