Yeah it took place via paypal, he denied my payment, which meant my friends card didn't get charged or anything, still sucks as I was hoping to fix it this weekend, now unless someone very close has a spare one I'll have to wait until next week.
I would like an explanation though as to why he denied it. I had asked him to mail it to my address instead of my friend's that was on the paypal account, but told him that if this would cause him any trouble, that he could mail it to the paypal address and it would just cause me a bit of trouble, whichever way he wanted to would be fine with me. Guessing he got scared because of that, being an admin here, I would have thought that would mean I could be trusted, guess not. Talking with gus right now, might be able to get that damaged xbox from him, not sure it'd use anything but the psu, but it's nice to have spare parts just incase this type of thing happens to another user. _________________

you know i dont accept CC payments with one of my paypal accounts just for the fact that it reuires me to upgrade to a premium account and then they gut me for 2.9% of every transaction..which sucks...so i keep a premium and personal on hand...just incase someone wants to send a CC payment...oh well that could of been why it was denied, he didnt want to upgrade to premium...but i dunno...
