OK, was using the Splinter Cell game save exploit and installed evolution x but didnt like it because of its menu size, kinda difficult to see. ANYWAY I decided to use the MS Dashboard backup and went back to the way the xbox was before i tried the softmod. (theres no Modchip in the xbox) And Installed Unleash X and everything was going fine. I belive i was playing with the system settings and formated all the harddrives (it was a dumb mistake i know ). I turned off the xbox and turned it on later to have EvolutionX running on it. Im not sure what to do to remove it and start from scratch again. Thers no applications or anything and booting the xbox with the tray ejected does not bring it to the MS dashboard. What do i do to remove this?!
I also deleted the save exploit files thinking i wouldnt need them..
Any body have any ideas on how i can fix this?

I am not as experienced as the other guys in this forum but my question is : Why do you want to go back? Through Unleash X you can load MS dashboard and play all the games you played before right? So stick with it.
Once you go mod you never go back. Myself had issues with modding the Xbox but after trying AID all these issues have been resolved. Look for AID 3.1 and go for it. Don't fight change, embrace it.

when you turn on your xbox how many choices does it give you and what are they, like system info and launch disk, stuff like that. name themm all

I dont want to go back from modding, i just want a diffrent Dashboard. I want Unleash X back, but im stuck With Evolution X and i personally hate it And heres the Options:
Playgames from Hardrive (no games are there even though i have one on the HD)
Xbox Game trainers
launch Emulators
Play game/media from DVD
Launch Apps (none)
MS Dashboard (goes over it when you try to select)
Choose Diffrent Skin
System Config
Reboot xbox
Power Off xbox

Somtimes when u softmod it chooses evox and somettimes it chooses unleash x but anyways yes just go threw the download section and look for AID 3.0 or AID 3.1 and follow the instructions on how to make the disc and if you do that u can slap the disc in there and change the evox dash to unleash x let me know if your having more problems with this. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!
