Confused
Hi there

Just burnt the updated aid2 iso file to dvd+r as the phillips rom I have reads those O.K. It will even play some burnt dvd movies for some unknown reason.
Anyway the iso was burnt with nero as per aid2 manual. My question is how do you know if it's actually on there or burnt properly.
The dvd properties are 0-free space 0-used space and you can't see nothing in windows explorer which i expected with the iso.
Is there anyway to take a look in nero or something?

By the way is DJB going to release an update for aid2.1 as I don't have and can't get adsl. Really don't want to download Aid2.1 dialup.

Cheers

use dvd decrypter. It's alot easier to use. Just switch the mode to ISO and you're good to go.

What ever you want to burn and its a ISO and want the xbox to reconize it and boot it up then use DVD Decrypter. I was having lots of truoble using Nero it would not boot on the xbox, then I used DVD Decrypter and I havent had any problems booting the ISO on my xbox.

Laughing
Thanks All

A helpful guide as I had mutisession selected in that tab!!
Downloaded dvd decrypter and i'll give that a go
Still not really sure about media type as previously burnt dvd-r movies come up with xbox can't read this media, so why so many people advise burning with dvd-r or cd-r.

Cheers
