I just tried it and was pooping myself as I did it, but as long as the C:drive is in its original state and you do not have modified halo2 content you will be ok.

I was sh1tting myself as My Pal dashboard has been modified so that I can get high definition, and I thought the check would pick that up but so far its fine

The official Bungie/M$ Answer: No.

Play on XBconnect.com or Xlink Kai both are free and allow mods/cheats in certain areas.

To play on live, restore M$ Backup and delete the softmod files according to a tutorial. I dont know unistall/revert method for the softmods.

I was saying play with the Ms Backup rstored, but its stil safe to keep the backups on the E: drive. It seemed as tho any Data that wasnt supposed to be there would get you bannd (e.g. the backups on E: drive) But its ok
