Ok ive looked at this stuff for DAYS im still a noob at this. but my question is...i dl the file from this website and its on my comp as a Torrent file. I read the one earler about how you can download Azureus to download it..so im tryin it right now and it says it will take me 4 days and 12 hours to DL....i really dont think im doing this right. I need to fig this out i feel like my softmod isnt complete w/ out all the special things like apps and emu's and dashboards will some one PLEASE explain in DETAIL how i should go about fixing this...ive read about this for like four days now please some one help?

Its been a while since the rush, most people probably burned and deleted the file, you just have to find people with it still...

ok ive let it down load for like an hour and its still takin forever...once it downloads to the folder i sent ti to what do i do next? i have both WinZip program and Winrar or what ever its called....i like kinda browsed around in there and it looks like theres 10 diff like files in there i dotn know where to go will ya help me?

Just open one, it will open the rest. Its Winrar.
Then you will have an .iso, it will look like an archive but its not. Thats the file burn . Its about 600 megs or more.
You will create a disc IMAGE with that file, using burning software.
Meaning, the 1 file image will create a full cd of multiple files.
Depending on what you are using, you may need a dummy file, but get that far first. _________________ XBOX v1.6

ok 2 things
i may sound like a huge noob but im glad your helpin me
ok first...Im using Nero 6 do i just burn a the ISO file to the CD so is the ISO file the IMAGE thing you were talking about or do i have to creat the IMAGE? im lost there clear that up
And second this one is prob major noob. do i have to download the AID 2.0 first then update it w/ the 2.2V or can i just cut the bull crap and go straight to the 2.2??

1. Option should be called something like " create disc image." close the create a wizard nonsense, go thru your upper menus and look for something of the sort.
2. Not really sure, you should just be able to update to 2.02, but I can't be 100% on that. DJB would be the best source. I personally went thru each one and updated. _________________ XBOX v1.6

Haha im back. I downloaded it all have it on my comp its an iso file i burned it to a cd using nero the IMAGE thing it worked but now what do i do? i put it in my xbox and nothings happening. i soft moded it the ohter day and it says the tray;s empty i did it on the slowest speed it said it worked and was fine but now when i put it in my xbox nothing happens HELP? Oh and i used a memorex CD-R because it was recomended...but its not finding the disk i downloaded the one file on it that was around 600 MB
