like a moron, i formatted my hard drive. this teached me a valuable lesson, don't dabble in things you don't understand. well, i am hoping to undo the mistakes i have made with a little help from your good selves. I installed the dashes from the auto installer. I followed the tutorial here: http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-7.html and got to the end of number 3, on reboot, i get the auto installer dash thing with options of copying bioses. there is no options to launch the Evolution X dash. Where am i going wrong???

EDIT: Sorted it now (yipee) the prob now is, i cannot get my original xbox dashto boo up when my chip is turned off???????

If you are using AID then try to reinstall the ms dash from the AID dashboard installers option. If this still doesnt work then Check to make sure that the ms dashboard is the right xbox version number.
