Does anybody know where I can get a buffy skin ala evox, or how I can make my own avalaunch skin?

unfortunately there are no buffy skins on either board, any hints on how to make my own skin

Sorry for not being specific in the last post, I have buffy TVS for evox but want it for Avalaunch, and searching provide no Avalaunch skins nor is there a program to make your own skins for Avalaunch but thanks for replying
