Is it possible to put a wireless card in my xbox as opposed to using regular cables to FTP stuff onto my Xbox?

Yes it is. You wouldn't actually put it in the xbox, but they have an external wireless G and B adapter you can hook up and set it up that way. I recently just got done modding a buddy's xbox and he had his setup with a wireless network. If you need any other information, let me know. _________________ XBOX v1.6c

I've been doing that for a while. You can't use just any wireless adapter, like for a PC, but it can be done and very easily. The adapter I use is in my sig. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

Mine seems to haul ass fast enough. It feeds as fast as the Xbox can eat... no complaints here. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

You definitely need the wireless G adapter if you are going to be ftping at all. B only provides 11 Mbps where g provides 54. I use the microsoft one myself. a little easier to set up.
DSL is at a maximum of 4 mbps right now so that would have no effect.
Locally here they will be going to 25 Megabit dsl in the next month or so.
