I am having prolems booting both of these games. It does not go back to the dashboard screen. On GR2 the game boots but cannot start a misson, it just hangs. On Halo 2, it goes directly to a black screen which says You must a have a damged or dirty disc. But it is not the typicle screen your used to.

PS both of these games work off the discs.

Hey If patch the game it should work fine for you.
some older bios that are running on xboxs need you to patch games your self. The best patching program that I know of is Craxtion 4 all you have to do is patch the default xbe file and it should be all good
Later for know
