Hi guys
Im playing around with something, anyone have any idea what the XBlive ip it is and what protocol?
Perhaps someone could link upto a router (xbox being the only device plugged in), reboot it aswell as ur broadband, and try to connect and read the logs?
Most routers only log problems, but some log everything, ports, ip's etc as we used to use them in BT.
Anyone?

hmm, there has to be an external IP somewhere, tho knowing microsoft they prob hide it real well, shame I still don't work for BT as they used to provide the routers for MS in the UK, I had an xfer the once with the operator saying I have a mr gates for you from microsoft, absolutly cacked myself (thought he found out bout my modding, he he), turned it out it was something like richard gates from the network support center bl bla bla.
They had this wierd system whereby the password for them to connect to anything changed every 30 seconds, and they had this pendant round their necks that was syncronised with the server somehow, made it real difficult for us to test, so if they pay that much for that then well I guess im stuck as I left the damn job.
