If you open up your Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks disc youll see an xbe called Suffering2_Gold but it wont launch. But if you rip the ENGLISH folder to HDD then copy the Suffering2_Gold.xbe to the ENGLISH folder and click it voila it runs.
If you have MK Deception it also has a demo (Area51) if you open the Area51 folder and click the xbe it wont run, but if you copy the xbe to the root of the MK Deception folder and click it Area51 loads right up

There is also an unreleased demo of Cold Fear that I came across (just gotta remember which game it was in) that was the same as the 2 Mortal Kombat demo games where as is it wont launch. Gonna have to remember which game it was then do some messing around and see if its just a matter of moving a file like these were.
Id like to know whats different about the Suffering2 demo since it has that disclaimer at the beginning that its not final code or representative of the game.
