Double check your install and make sure all the skins are in the XBMC/Skin folder or else XBMC wont see them short of editing the user xml.
I KNOW I made a mistake in the coding for one of the builds with the Babylon1.exe and it just dumps the skins in the root of the XBMC directory instead of in the Skin folder.
For best results moving the skins if they are infact not in the Skin folder is to run a secondary dash (UnleashX, Babylon etc - anything but XBMC) then use its filemanager to move them.
Dont worry about the dupe topic, I'll nuke it.

Hmm thats wierd your right half the skins are scattered in e\xbmc
and the other in e\Skins folder but when i was checking File manager in XBMC they where under in there so Im not sure what happened maybe i messed something up I'm unzipping again and just starting from scratch
OHHH and another thing its weird when i did Babylon1.exe The video neverrrr showed lol i saw it in your video and i was able to realize that it makes sense why i was having issues from the first place lol
maybe when unpacking the file something got corrupted

Nope you did nothing wrong. When I did the test I just used the XBOX tut video(what you saw in my vids and is available on the XBOX installer). But because I needed the PC one to be HD so people could see all the writing etc it was just too big for me to include in the ISO so clicking tutorial in Babylon1 is just a dead end until I get one up for people to put in the support folder.
As for the skins the folder is named wrong. In XBMC the folder has to be named Skin. Just create a Skin folder then move all the skins to it. That was probably my bad too lol. 99% of what I do is with UnleashX which uses Skins for its folder name so its quite possible I just choked and named it for Ux and not XBMC

Ok fml. I just Reformatted this hdd in hopes it would work and redid everything like 5 times including getting a fresh copy of xbmc and still get shitty blank screens in programs and such
thinking it has something to do with HD maybe?

100% way to make it work and know your install is perfect is FTP the extracted Babylon ISO to F\Apps(if you want the fancy Icons movec config.xm from the VIA HDD folder to the root off the Babylon folder-runs fine no icons without moving the config)and do a The Works install. I KNOW all bugs as a VIA HDD installer are worked out. That part got more testing and work than any other, followed by USB, DVD and PC
