Hi hope this is the right place for this question.
Hi newby here so looking for advice
I have downloaded xbmc installer deluxe, and ebmc installer light. but have had no luck getting any of them to load.
burned the iso with DVD decrypter. On to a DVD and also tried with a cd.
I have xecutor2 at boot up of the box.
Now this is where the read me file is not clear, do I have to do anything else before putting the disc in the xbox.
It just seems by the read me file I just pop the disk in box and it loads the file to the box files. but my xbox throws up a screen, Your Xbox cannot recognise this disc, make sure it is an Xbox game, Dvd movie, or a audio CD.
Thanks

hi mate,
it may just be the brand of media your using.. It's been a while since ive burned AIDeluxe myself, but this link may help. Also, make sure your modchip has been flashed. Do you know what bios are you running for your modchip?

Thanks for the reply, checked the link you gave my box runs a Samsung dvd player, but as for knowing the flash and different things I am a complete newbie to this have only had the box a week a relative gave it to me.
Games are really no intrest to me but Xmbc now that is something I would like to use it for. also what flash versions could I use or something easy to load into the box then build up a bit when I get used to the methods to use to flash and install,
also is there a way of telling if it is flashed or if there is anything already programed into it,all I can see is when it boots is xecutor2 on the boot screen but it only boots into what I think is the normal Microsoft dash.
Thanks

For the installer disks, I might suggest burning them at 8x with Imgburn.
Can you state which brand of DVD-R media you are trying to use?
