I have an xbox v1.6 which is softmodded with Softmod Installer Deluxe 5.11 and I have downloaded XBMC Installer Deluxe v1.40
My question is can I install XBMC as an app with this DVD?

If you only want it as an app you might be better off getting AID.

Now I need to figure out how to play video_ts folders which don't seem to work and .flac files

If you run the TS from xbmc it should work, it works grate with ISO files for the full DVD effect.
Sorry but whats a flac file for?
