does xlink kai still work now since microsoft discontinued the online play on the old xbox?

and do i have to have xbmc to use xlink kai?

xbmc is a really big file for me to download and dont prefer to download it.

sorry for double post, but..... do i have to have my xbox connected to the router for me to play xlink kai or can i just have it connected to my laptop?

Kai can be a pain to set up but its a pile of fun when you get it going, try call of duty 3 when you get it going (it was my fav.)

I used to play XLink KAI more then Xbox LIve on the Xbox 1. lol Smile
im positive this will still work since it uses SYSTEM LINK..
