Stupid question likely looking to upgrade my XBMC really dont want to format it again currently i have:Platform: Xbox. Built on Apr 4 2009 (SVN:19198, compiler 1310) installed from the Auto installer disk XBMC is installed as a dash it is a 1.4 Xbox that is TSOP flashed .
Is there an easy way to do this ? Just pop in the new XBMC installer and go ? (i hope ) Usually i just start fresh really dont want to move over 500 gigs of stuff again

If you Follow the guide in my SIG you can transfer just the XBMC and leave the rest of the hdd untouched.
