Xbox v1.6B modded years ago
Xecuter 2.6ce socket install with LPC rebuild kit
Started with occassional boot failures (fragging or freeze up after flubber)
Now consistantly frags when chip is enabled.
I don't see any obvious solder joints broken. Is this common? Should I maybe reheat each solder joint and add solder? Can I remove and reuse/reinstall LPC rebuild board? My green wire looks pinched... that would't cause this would it?
I would check the green wire, replace it if necessary, that sounds like a good starting point.
If you are careful with the LPC rebuild board you should be able to use it again. _________________

Green wire replaced to no prevail. Any chance I could make it useable by softmodding the hdd on my pc? I don't know anything about softmodding yet.
My hdd is unlocked at the moment.
You could load the Eurasia pro generic flash disc and flash the banks with the M8 bios on with a different bios. _________________

Yeah it fraggs with either bank enabled. I guess I'll try totally removing and reinstalling pcb board. I don't know.. I'm just trying to get it started without buying new stuff.
