Hello,
I dont know if i post this on the right place, but here is my question:
Is it possible to change the XBOX logo + Microsoft text when you turn
on your XBOX to your own picture/text?

Welcome to the XBOX-HQ, we hope you enjoy this and all the other HQ sites we have to offer.
Well since i don't know what your working with i'm going to say yes if you have a chip but if its a soft mod you can only change the Microsoft text that i know of.
You can use an APP called Logo-X and the pic you use must be 100 X 17 pix, and 8-bit (or 4-bit).
I think ive got a executor chip, where i can see what kind a chip i have?

If you can i would pop the top off and take a pic of your chip, post it here and i can tell you a bios that will allow changes to the start up screen.

i read that for u to be able to change the xbox boot logo completely, u'll have to have the RC4 decryption keys and hex-edit it, very complex, i thought abt it

If you have an X2 or 3 you just select what you want and ftp a file, thats all there is to it.

That good and now you just need to update your bios to the newest X2 build and you can use an APP called X2 config to change your boot up.
