Hey everyone,
iīm quite new to the modding scene. I bought my XBox completly modded. But today I replaced my HDD.
But now I have a question about the Mod-Chip:
It ist EvoX D6 BIOS installed. The Chip is named:
Code:
SST 49LF020
33-4C-NH
0243135-A
Which BIOS is the right one for this Chip? What is this for a Mod-Chip?
Do you need any further information?
Regards,

Ißll take a picture as fast as I can. Couldīt be not that easy, cause I have no Digicam at the moment.
What I found out in the meantime is, that it is a "cheapmod". It seems to be a LPCmod (--> EvoX D6 installed).

Ahh do you mean it is tsoped? That is not a bad thing dude. It is just as good as a modchip if not better due to the fact that it doesn't stop working quite as much. Sounds like you got a pretty sweet system going for you. _________________

Thanks, dude. I canīt say it, but "BIOSChecker" says, that it is a LPC based Mod-Chip. I hope I can take a picture of the chip tomorrow.

Thanks for the info! Is there a possibility to find out which size the bios has?

I wold just see if it can boot aid and use its bios installer app, start with the largest 1MB bios and work your way down.
If the bios is too big it will tell you, do that till you find the one that fits.
