I have researched this topic til my eyes were bleeding and I can't find an answer for me. Some back stuff: I'm using Windows XP, I'm using a Lexar Jump Drive Secure 256 MB. I have the drivers for it already installed on my computer and I have put it in the Xbox to format it for use with the Xbox. This particular jump drive doesn't need a driver download with Windows XP.
Now, plugging it into the computer it won't let me drag files into it because it says it needs to format it. I know I can't do that because that gets rid of the Xbox formatting. How in the heck can I get my UDATA.zip file onto my Jump Drive? PLEASE HELP!!!
By the way, I've tried using Ozxmemory.exe, but it didn't work I guess because I wasn't trying to transfer that certain mechassult file that has been described when that program has been talked about on other sites.
Action Replay and Mega X software on my pc aren't showing anything when i open them up.

I tried checking on http://www.xbox-linux.org to make sure this is a compatible USB drive, but the link to the compatibility list is not working... are you sure this is a compatible USB drive? _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room

I tried using my Lexar Jump Drive and could never get it to work. I thougth it was just something I was doing. Probably is...
But, I use Xbox Saves Manager. When I get someone who sends me their xbox and wants their game saves, that is what I use now. Before I was just HD Swapping, but sometimes I ended up with corrupt data..I have no idea why.. I haven't had any issues ever since switching over to just using XboX Saves manager.

Oh, I guess I didn't understand what he was trying to do! If all you're trying to do is transfer games from one modded Xbox to another.... Xbox Saves Manager is the way to go. _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room

No, my Xbox isn't modded, I'm trying to softmod it. I've pretty much got it figured out that Lexar drives don't get picked up by Action Replay very well and I either need to buy a different thumb drive, borrow a different thumb drive, or buy a modchip.
