Hello.
Some how me xbox wont start up and always tells me to contact microsoft.
What I did before the problem begon.
I connected me box to me pc with 100mbps network card.
Windows directly begon renewing me IP adress. unfortunatly me windows wasnt that good and it hung on another application so I needed to restard. later on I finished the renewing of the IP adress.
Hooked the box up to tv. and It loaded the normal xbox intro and then the annoing screen telling me there is somthing wrong.
I opend it up and figured out what chip I have and the x box version.
now there is somthin strange.:
me chip has one loose wire that (I think has to go to the d0 connection on the main board) but im not sure.

could the installation of SlaYers_EvoX_Auto-Installer_v2.6FINAL

the only time i had an error like this was when i renamed my xboxdash.xbe(M$ dash) and tried to boot with the chip disabled. Is the original xboxdash.xbe on your Xbox's C: Drive? If your d0 wire is disconnected your XBOX can't switch to the modchip and will try to boot the m$ dash. If the dash isnt there and named xboxdash.xbe you will get an error. _________________ XBOX v1.3

Okay ill take a look at the c dive when I manage to get that wire on that small place on the board.
wich is gonna be a little war cos I dont really have a clue how to get it on or in that so small hole...
Well That did just solve me problem. I Just placed the red wire on the d0 on the board and used some tape to hold it in place. works just fine for now. ;D
ill let it soldier on it as soon as possible !!
dont want it to get lose when me box is on.. dont know what could happen then..

ps Can I install SlaYers_EvoX_Auto-Installer_v2.6FINAL over the evox that I have now?
