I have a Modded xbox using the DuoX 2 Cromwell Edition...I now get a error 5 when it boots up...I put te HD into mine with a Xenium chip and lock it...now I get an error 6 when I put it back in its original xbox!!!
What do I do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the procedure for this !!!!!!!!!!!

You need to unlock it with the mod box since it locked the hdd with its eeprom.
Put it back in the xbox it came from and use auto installer deluxe or config magic on disk to lock the hdd to the box it came from.

I can't get this xbox to boot up using the AID disc...does it support Cromwell ??
My Other Xbox will boot AID or Slayer's....

Should support it, might want to burn it to a diffrent type of disc not all xboxs like the same type of media.

This is confusing...the PDF with AID says...
Boots on a modded or soft-modded Xbox. Modchip users must be using a proper BIOS (NOT Cromwell/Linux) and Softmod users must have already installed their Softmod before attempting to launch this.

Flash a diff bank with a non cromwell bios and try again.

I do not know how to flash a cromwell...much less get into the BIOS to look at the options...If i lock with my Xenium...it gets an error 6 in the xbox with the Cromwell...if I don't lock with my Xenium...it gets an error 5 in the box with the cromwell...the cromwell xbox will not boot up with Slayer or Auto-Installer Deluxe...what are my options _________________ PS2 v9 DMS S.E. 4 Pro Toxic .41 WD HDD 400gb

the xbox with the Cromwell has a chip it should lock the hdd it self, are you sure the chip is on and working right?

Start by looking this guide over and at the bottem are some links to trouble shooting the chip.
