I left my xbox running last night using XBMC's file manager moving files from a NAS drive to the F drive on the Xbox.
When I came down this morning the Xbox was powered off and although I can still get into XBMC the F drive is corrupted. I had about 200gb of MP3s and video on there all of which are gone. The folders are empty and there are odd characters in some filenames of the files that remain.
Is there any way of recovering any of the lost data? The drive is a 400Gb drive and the free space is showing as only 111Gb free.

Just delete all of the stuff inside of the folder and retransfer the files. _________________

The video and music folders are empty. I don't have the original files to transfer as I had used the move option to free up space on my NAS drive.
I'm hoping there is some way of recovering them from the Xbox HD.

if the partition is that corrupted then most likely you wont recover the files. When you re format the drive use larger 32K clusters to help avoid corruption (Use xbpartioner)
