I installed my Xapt3r solderless adapter into my Xbox and I'm wondering if I have to solder the D0/LAN/HDD wire to the backside of the motherboard or if the Xapt3r has already done this. Thanks.

Don't know if this helps but I just installed the same modchip in my box and once you push the do wire in the do hole nothing short of a drop or extreme hit should knock it loose. Now if I could just figure out how to flash my bios!!! Crying or Very sad

Just find the d0 on your xbox and place the wire in the hole. Be very careful with the wire. I would use a pair os small needle nose pliers.

You can either flash by DVD (the bios pack is included in AID) or via the web browser by typing in the ipaddress for the xbox.

the 3 wires grey red green are not needed but if you wish to have the lan led and H/D led you will need to solder them to back of mother board the d0 is not needed at all with the xapter
