i have this problem when i click on make-iso-win.bat from xboxhdm v1.9 it just diapears as soon as it pos up any body know what im doing wrog???

So, you double click it in windows and nothing happens, is that right?
When you click it, it should create a linux.iso file. You should have added your C and E drive (from Xbox) folders to the "linux" folder previously if you're upgrading the drive, otherwise the linux.iso it creates will only be about 5Mb and will take seconds to create.
Also, without the eeprom in the "eeprom" folder, you will not be able to unlock/lock the HDD.
Also, might be worth checking that your download was not corrupted. Try downloading it again and running it.

ok when i click on the make iso win bat thing it it pops up and then disappears as soon as it pops up ! and yes i do have my c&e *eeprom in Linux i am just having problems with creating the bootable disc ?

It did that for me too. When i got my eeprom off my xbox it was only called eeprom. I then renamed it to eeprom.bin and it made the ISO just fine. Try that. _________________

it is named eeprom.bin it still does the same thing should i try it with out the .bin

eeprom.bin is waht it should be named. Are you sure your using v1.9? Maybe you do need to redownload it like cloud said. _________________
