Posted: Thu Jun 14, 2007 1:23 am Post subject: SLAYERS SUCKS CAN YOU HELP ME GET UPDATED!
Back in the old days after I softmodded my xbox I used the Slayers disk to put all the toys on my modded xbox and was happy. But now with the new AID out I WANT IT!! And with the AID it looks up to date with the latest toys. But how do I go about getting it updated? Because it doenst look as simple as sticking the disk in and upgrading everything. Can someone point me in the right direction.

OK, AID 4.01 can easily re-install everything with the "Softmod One-Click Install" option. However, since I dont know what kind of softmod you're running, I recommend that you first go to the softmod options and select the "unmount Virtual C Drive" option. This will make sure that the C Drive on your Xbox is being installed to properly.
The Softmod One-Click Install system includes the SID 5.01 Softmod system, your choice of dashboard, and vital apps (DVD2Xbox, DVD-X, NTSC-PAL Video Changer, and XBMC if not selected as a dashboard).
Hope this explains it to you a little. Also have a look over the manual that comes with AID 4.01, it might save you asking a couple of questions later on down the track
