Sid 4.5, using aid 3.1,evox dash, 250gb hd:
I went to install xdl, tried to install to every drive, and it says "finished" without istalling anything. Just to test I tried to install another app, and the same thing happened. I used aid to install my dash and dvd2xbox before and that worked fine. Any advice?

Same Problem here. SID 4.5, UnleashX, Retail HD. Burned to DVD+R, CD-R, and Custom ISO (with Addons) to DVD+R all with same result. Just says finished and nothing actually installs. All burned at slowest speed possible and verified.

Still having problems with this. aid lets me back up my eeprom and create a ms back up. but tht i about it. I could not play an avi file on xbmc, so i went to reinstall. nothing happens. It only say finished. do i need to reburn my aid disk, or reinstall my mod. if i do will i lose the games i have on my hd?

if its all ready installed previously, you have to uninstall it. Then reinstall. _________________

I backed up my movies to my PC, reformatted the G drive and then tried to install any app from AID 3.1. Nothing will install. AID is working great for reformatting drives, installing SID and dashboards, but I can not install any apps. Am I doing something wrong?

try clearing the cache. (X:\ Y:\ Z:\ and E:\CACHE) _________________

cleared everything from drives g,x,y and z. cleared the cache from drive e. Still can not install or unintall anything. Every time i boot up the xbox and recheck the cache in e there is localcache 00.bin, 01.bin and 02.bin. Is that normal? the other drives remain empty.

I have exactly the same problem....
I gave up with AID disk as everything tries to install, slect E or F and it just beeps once...I think maybe it installed but I check and there is nothing there.
Is it possible to unpack the ISO so Ican just FTP stuff over?
