ok heres the deal
i soft modded my xbox quite a while ago and i wanted to put a new HDD in
so i used config majic on my xbox and somthing must have gone wrong beucase i turned it off and turned it back on and now i get the error message that my xbox need service. its very generic.
o have a back up on my computer of the EEPROM
so i downloaded AiD and tried booting from that but it still wont work

what do i do???

you can't use config magic on a softmod, it has to be chipped... so your prolly gonna have to hotswap..
