I have been having Tons of problems getting x-box media center on to my friends modded x-box just a softmod and was wondering if there was a place i can download the files needed just to ftp it. instead of useing an autoinstaller thanks in advance. -g0rtex-

Do you know what type of soft-mod it is? Is there an E: Dashboard folder? Since its a soft-mod, this should be nice and easy.

First off if its Softmodded, and able to connect to the net with the box you should have no problems ftping into the box with Flashfxp or SmartFtP, For the Xbox media center if you want a working version try Xbins thats where I got mine from.

Thanks for all the replys, but I got it taken care of. The disk had a small surface scratch on it, so it was not installing correctly. There was no errors though wich made it hard for me to figure out what was really the problem. Another thing I tried before makeing a new copy of the disk was to ftp the XBMC folder out of the iso (used magic iso to extract it) to the x-box, didnt have much luck that route. But none the less it got taken care of and thank you for your help.
