have tried but to no luck just is no answer ...and just to make me even happer now my xbox is coming up with the green xbox logo and then the contact service screen..it was working fine yesturday...bummer what now....

If you download AID 3.10 you can get the bios file from there.
There is a torrent for it in the downloads section. That is where you can get a safe, clean copy. Don't trust outside sources like searching P2P networks, use the torrent.
