Qwix is the best app to use period.
the problem you are having is because the location on the pc hard drive you have chosen is not large enough to take the ISO file Qwix is trying to generate.

you dont need to copy the files to the pc first, create the ISO directly from the xbox dvd drive. check my tut at this link.
the location you are saving to is not large enough, if its a FAT32 drive then that could be a problem too. What operating system is ur pc using?
XP/2000/98/ME/etc
the FAT32 filesystem will have trouble storing singular files over 4GB in size

yeah it had to be ME or 98 really. FAT 32 really has problems with large files. NTFS filesystem can hold large files no problem but you need XP/2000 for that
you cant create a file larger than 4GB on a FAT32 volume

remember to check my link above too, you dont need to copy the source files to ur pc first. Create the ISO directly from the disc in the xbox D drive
